Less than 120 days (18%)
Greater than 120 days (25%)
Greater than 1 year (33.3%)

These rates apply to commercial claims greater than $2,500.00. Please note that Joseph & Marees can only accept commercial business claims on a contingency fee basis that are greater than $2,500. Claims less than $2,500 will be handled pre-suit for a minimum fee of $250.00 (payable at the time of submission), to be applied against the prevailing contingency rate.
