Getting started with Joseph & Marees couldn't be any easier:

1. Submit your claims online.
Since your chance of recovery decreases with each passing day, we recommend that our client submit their claims as soon as possible to improve their chances of recovery. If you have any questions prior to submitting your claim, please review our frequently asked questions or don't hesitate to call us at (904) 636-8600.

2. Receive your instant email claim confirmation.
Once your claim has been submitted, you will receive an instant e-mail confirmation of its receipt by our office. Then, mail, fax or e-mail all supporting documentation to our office with a copy of your e-mail confirmation receipt. Once all documentation is received, we will send you a formal written acknowledgment of our acceptance of your claim by mail.

3. Relax! We'll handle the rest.
Within days you will receive a user ID and password which will allow you to monitor all progress for all claims submitted, including receiving instant e-mail notifications when debtor payments are made to our office. As payments are received, you will receive regular remittance checks to your office detailing the progress made on each commercial account.
