Raymond Joseph was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 with a BSBA in Finance. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1981 with the degree of Juris Doctor. During law school, Raymond was a member of the Moot Court Team as well as the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

He was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1982. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America and Rotary International. In 1993, he authored "An Ounce of Prevention…Proven Strategies for Improving Collectibility." He is a frequent speaker in the area of Creditors' Rights and Business Law.

Grade
